  • my fuel cooler setup is using regular oil cooler , put it inline with the fuel return hose back to the fuel cell or fuel tank. this keep the fuel cell cooler , previously the fuel cell is hot due to the warm return fuel from the regulator.

  • oh no , it sound like my nokia phone recording are not perfect. no problem on idle i guess the apex seal still intact .. :)

  • why there is twin tial and twin BOV, is it necessary for single turbo ?

But AWESOME placement of all components - turbo->TMIC->intake

  • Domestic destroyer..

  • such a sick set up

  • Where can I get rotary accessories and parts at Selangor ?

  • @takumi3101 Baseline, if you can weld or do a magority of the work yourself...You might be able to build an engine like this for 6000-8000 dollars if you keep a tight budget and your eye's peeled. 8000 is actually pretty reasonable. More likely you're having a shop do the work for you, in which case you're looking at 12,000 to 14,000 dollars. Also note, you'll need a stand alone computer for a full bridged turbo, so that'll be another 500 to 1000 dollars.

  • @takumi3101 Larger cooling system with electric cooling fans, 400-800 dollars, depending on how all out you go. (Gotta keep it cool or its boom time.) Upgraded injectors (About 120 apiece. For something like this maybe 750cc primaries with 850-1000cc secondaries.) Note: N/A Bridgeports can work with 550 primaries and 750 secondaries. Most likely custom exhaust, so 1200+. (Or almost nothing if you can weld yourself.)

  • @takumi3101 Just for the engine. 1000-1200 for fresh rebuild kit, add 1000-2000 for a professional rebuild(meaning you didn't do it), 0-850 for bridgeport(whether you do it being zero, or someone else does it), around 500 - 1500 dollars for the turbo itself(size dependant), 800 bucks for installation of turbo plumbing (intercooler ect,) 200+ for intercooler itself. Custom manifold to fit round 400-600 dollars.

  • how much did you pay for all that?

  • which workshop done this?

how much the budget to get this kind of performance engine for fd?
