For experimental purposes only. Dual boot using Darwin's bootloadern. Windows Vista and MacOSX 10.5.5 on a Sony Vaio VGN-TZ298N.

Pros: Runs like a Macbook Pro, very fast, no lags.

Cons: Powershutdown, internal wifi or NIC, brightness controls, and media card reader do not work. Additionally, I can not get the screen size to fit correctly.

  • hey man nice video i'm actully palning doing the same think, buying a VAIO FW serie and creating a MAC OS partition.

My question is : where did you find those vaio drivers which supports MAC ?and can you explain to me the way that you done it.

  • The drivers are actually built into the iDeneb install. I just picked the component drivers that are based off the board's specs. Again everyboard is different, so have fun!

  • "OSX" = [oh - ess - ten]

  • It sure is.
