This was the theme music NBC used for their NFL coverage starting with Super Bowl XXVII and all throughout the 1993 season until the AFC Championship Game. GO BILLS!!! In higher quality
@rug792 yes it was used for only one year. It actually debuted in January of 1993 for the first Cowboys-Bills Super bowl (played at the Rose Bowl) and was used for the last time at the Chiefs-Bills AFC championship game in January of 1994.
1993 was the first year I started watching the NFL, and despite my favorite team being in the AFC, I have almost no recollection of this theme. That's how forgettable it was.
@gemini6179 really? me too!

I used to remember OJ Simpson reporting on the sidelines for NBCs football broadcast. Wow I'm old.

This was a great theme for the NFL on NBC along with the 1995-1997 version as well.

I think that this would make a great golf theme as well as football...

Definitely remember the 1994 theme though.
