  • I let mine go. Owed 219k on a house now that couldn't sell for 100k. Best thing I ever did. One year later and my credit score is 758. I rented about the same house for $650 less a month.

I think this is the lady year to dump your worthless house without tax penalties.

  • And, Obama says the economy is recovering. That's a riot.

  • Only a dam fool would keep paying on a worthless home..I have not made a payment in 2 years now..Just keep seeing my gold holding grow grow grow!!!..Fuck the bank!!

  • i blam both baks and buyers they pre approved me for 120 grand i said are u crazy to give me 120thousand its also our duty to know what we can afford

  • @MrJohngalt2011 I pay my mortgage, but my property value is half of what i owed. Should I blame those smalltime "crooks" who were illegally provided with exotic loans by those BIG TIME CROOKS who in turn bet against them to default and subsequently crashed the market? They got bailedout and they made hideous profits thru CDS and derivatives and bonuses AND now your trying to misdirect my attention? you must be a godamn jew.

  • @theroilsoil The American dream is about a house that you can pay for. don't take on debt you can't afford, very simple.

  • @casper1918 I agree. Let the market fall enough to clear, and get Fredie/Fannie out! they are the cause of this problem by removing risk from the banks. Make the banks carry the risk for the term of the loan. they will then ensure those that get a loan can pay for the loan. The housing bubble was created by the government.

  • @balbahut0g Crooks? Just pay your mortgage! The banks don't want the properties back, they always loose in that situation they want the monthly payments as promised by the buyers. The crooks - those that don't pay on their obligations.

  • @casper1918 Not if the same crooks pulling the strings behind the wallstreet curtains like the Corzines , Blankfeins and Dimonds are out of power and persecuted

  • American Dream? Ha ha...When will the brainwashed US public ever wake up/
