What a sweet view, a delightful chest.

First of all go all the way down...second NICE TITS!!

All these people saying that going past 90 degrees is too risky are just a bunch of pussies! Go play chess you fucking faggots..or go and actually learn something. Yes it is less potential for injury if you only go 90 degrees, but you also do not train your muscles in the full range of motion. If I avoid running and just walk all the time, the chances of me slipping are less, but..you get the point. Done properly and sensible, full range is as safe as can be. Dont believe me? Ask Mark Rippetoe.

@ImpulericDerMack You only need to go 90 to get the benefit especially going heavier weight. Too much risk of shoulder injury going past 90, shoulders werent meant to handle it.

WTF
-
bullshit. do it in a proper way or stop doin it.
-
@shamalaaa you can tear your rotators if you go past 90 degrees using heavy weight. trust me thats not a fun injury to have.
-
I have no problem with women getting boob jobs, but why are hers repelling each other.
-
@shamalaaa it's only necessary to go down 90 degrees. any further and you risk ripping your rotators..
-
@osar2009 No, actually, I like her muscles (they don't look excessively large) but it's the FAKE IMPLANTS which I find repulsive!
she's not even going down all the way!

Modify bench press never allow the elbows to move past the level of the shoulders when performing the bench press or its variations. entire range of motion stretch the pectoralis muscle you also stretch the anterior shoulder capsule, the acromioclavicular (AC) joint, and the sternoclavicular joint which leads to microtrauma and potential breakdown of tissues over time. The cost outweighs the benefit, so its not neccessary.
