Kudos to you for giving up alcohol. Glad your heart is healthy.
I love hot maintenance men! I've been in your situations a few times - when there's a hot maintenance man in my house and I have to hold myself back. lol
I hope the lump in your sinus ends up being nothing. I had to get surgery on my sinuses a few years ago, but fortunately it only took about a week or two to recover.
I'll be thinking of you and I hope the rest of the results come back good :)
