Took a month off of these. Wanted to see where I was today, I'm stronger now so thats good, and I know what I need to work on.

  • Not to be rude but your last pull was still pretty disgusting, man. You really need to work on getting shoulder blades band and LOWER BACK TIGHT if you want to continue getting stronger without injuring yourself.

    i appreciate the criticism, but compared to how i used to pull this form is way better. If i wouldn't of lost my balance on the first single with 405 I would of had it locked out easy with no problem. In the end I got the weight up, to me thats all that matters.

  • @xb100 I'm saying that's your problem. Getting the weight from A to B? Come on man. If you take the time to learn how to properly pull, you'll be stronger and at less risk of injury. Your lower back must be in some pain/discomfort today, right?

  • @ashylarryku Back feels fine. And if you look at my older DL videos you will see this form is greatly improved. Not to mention this was close to a max attempt the 2nd single, so of course form will break down.

  • @ashylarryku. I don't think you read it correctly ,but it did say how not too Deadlift. If I'm wrong look over it again between 365-405? Boooom!
