How could they dismiss a clearcut confession on the basis of a DNA testing? What if the crime scene samples were irrelevant or corrupted?
They should have pressed harder on the alibi, motive and his apparent familiarity with the crime scene after having him flown to the US for free. After all he's either guilty or one hell of an actor who craves media attention and would risk prison to get it. Either way he's behind bars and everybody's happy.

Yeah but John Mark Karr isn't really that innocent. I think he is a pretty sick person. He might not have killed JonBenet Ramsey but I think there is something wrong with him and I think he is a pedo. In a interview on Youtube I saw he talk about children, sick things. He is not right in the head. He might not be the murderer but he is a pedo.
