Here is a simple way to play "Paint it Black" by the Rolling Stones. This version uses basic chords and should be quite easy to learn. If you know a better (easy) way to play this song, post a video response :-)
For the chords if you do not know them, search in google for example "E7 chord", and click on a site like 8notes.com .

Strumming pattern ... listen to the record and make something up that sounds good to you.
NOTE: When you finish the chorus, go back to the verse and repeat :-)

  • I play it with a b7 not a minor

  • This doesn't sound like Paint it Black.

  • I see a kitty and I want it painted black.

  • fake and gay

  • Good stuff, thanks.

  • is that a yamaha APX 500 acustic aelectric cutaway?( i have 1 and i love it:)

  • The strumming pattern he uses in the song is what's tricky, and nobody on youtube have a lesson on that. They all seem to think the beginning of the song is hard lol

  • @nonchalantgamer i was just joking pretending to be a troll / wrong grammer nazi

  • @DethCooki666 I really hope you're trolling; "spelled" is most definitely a word.
