I'm pretty sure it's something to do with the vocal cords being too big, that's what I'm thinking.

sometime i fill confident and sometime unconfident , due to this condition i speak good, sometimes bad i.e..so-so then what i do ,tell me natural therapy

You are trying to make joke of a person who has natural problem and on which she has little or no control at all. This is really a curse. Talking about myself, I am also a stammerer for the last 20, 21 years and I've lost many brilliant chances in my professional career just because of this.
Sad part is, there's no definitive cure to this till now. I wish some miracle happens in the coming years for us.
