Well, Arroz con Pollo is not Spanish at all, it is more Caribbean. It's as Spanish as Barbecue is British.

@luciferiexcelsil That's a matter of regional opinion. Numerous Latin cuisines have a version of this dish. Any Latin style restaurant I've ever eaten at has Arroz con Pollo on their menu.
