Last month U.S. and Filipino troops trained side-by-side for Exercise Balikatan. But months before the training, a team of Seabees was already in the Philippines, working on a project in Fort Magsaysay. Seaman Zack Baddorf shows us some sailors worked with their Filipino counterparts in a massive construction effort.

The following people are interviewed in the report (in order of appearance): JOSN Zack Baddorf (Pacific Report), EO3 Joshua Bradtke (Heavy Equipment Operator), SSgt Bilry Grate (Road Grater Operator), and EOC(SCW) Fred Geiger (Project Manager). Produced by Zack Baddorf (baddorf.com).
