Creepy Looking Punks Steal Scooter

Atlanta police are investigating five separate motor scooter thefts — all of them from residences — between July 18 and 23.
Here's surveillance video of a scooter being stolen from a home on Vaughn St. in southeast Atlanta by an overweight, shirtless guy and three accomplices.

The other thefts — which may or may not be related — took place on Gilbert Street SE, E. Confederate Avenue, La France Street NE and Virginia Avenue NE.

And the thieves are getting bolder in their pursuit of fuel efficient motorized transportation. Last night at around 10 p.m., a group of five males between the ages of 17 and 21 forced a man off his scooter on Parkway Drive NE in Old Fourth Ward.

Cockroaches like these were always trolling the neighborhood stealing anything they could get their hands on. More often than not, it was for drugs. Oh, and it's Josh, not Jimmy.

These chimps went well deep inside this property to steal this scooter. I say they knew the people inside the house had one back there and decided to steal it. This problem usually stops when the home owner packs a loaded gun, but instead they chose to record it.
