  • @RezBeautyFit You can use a chin-up assisted machine where you can decrease your bodyweight.

  • what a douche lol that wasn't a deadlift, that was a single leg squat.

  • As a figure competitor looking for an added high intensity, iterval routine to add to my workouts, I tried this at the gym last night and loved it. Worked every muscle, kept my heart rate up and kept me moving. I also added 60 seconds of active rest after 3 superset and ended with an additional 20 minutes of cardio.
