@gunnerpig its not as easy as a normal ongboard to push, what with all the extra weight and all but the wheels can spin by themselves and you can upgrade bearings. the model shown does about 8 miles before a recharge - ideal for coz i live 4 miles from town(:

long boards go faster though, i really don't see the appeal in this. Idk if you guys are going slow on purpose, but that really kills the product. Like if you're going 30-40 mph on a flat surface, then i would be impressed.

Yes you can but the board is very heavy so it's not the best idea. 5 hours max. About 30 min.
-
not really coz the boards can go on the pavement and are sort of waterproof - i rode mine at 10 mph (not the top speed) through snow

i have an elektroskate hornet 250. i advise you get one as they are brilliant

i heard from a lot of sources tht if u ride by a cop car these things will act very strange

Nice....
Wish I hadn't torn both cruciates then I'd think about getting one!
The increased road traffic is always a problem unless you have a quality cycle path near you.
can the wheels spin by themselves? like if u run out of batteries can you push like a normal longboard? how long do they need to charge?how long do they last for?
