@weirdo176 You can't download it, but you can transfer it from a Windows Vista computer. I heard it has some very bad problems though.

A beta isn't necessarily feature complete. It is unfair to compare beta releases with already released software.

Windows Movie Maker Vista can be downloaded for Windows 7. Just google "Windows Movie Maker 2.6".
