A gathering at lunch today made by students to show that we want peace, and we don't need the media to represent us as racists. Because that's not who we are. And we just want the whole thing to go away.
I panned the area to show how many people showed up in support of it.

What? I am only stating proven stereotypes. Your school just provided support for that stereotype.

  • @JetsetRM wtf is wrong with you.

  • @thatonegirludontknow

Seeing that your school is full of mexicans I'm sure stabbings are a daily thing for your fellow students as well.

  • @JetsetRM Meh. We can get through it. Lol it's funny, this whole thing got blown up, but not to long after, an AP of our school stabbed her husband and it only made local news. She still works at our school.

Hmm, now the memories are coming back. I do remember a certain school sending some kids home on "cinco de mayo" due to them wearing American Flags on their shirts.

Yeah, the world thinks you are racists and a peace sit in isn't going to change my mind about this. Accept your fate. Your school brought this onto itself.

  • @JetsetRM They have though, we were mostly on local stations so it may not apply to your area. People in other states were hearing about us too, and the general idea that people unfortunately got about Live Oak was that we're pro-Mexican and anti-American because we asked a few disrespectful students to change their shirts as to not invite any trouble. Sadly, it was handled in the wrong way and slight chaos spread amongst our school and our quiet town. That's why I was defending that we aren't.

Nobody has represented you as racists but you are defending that you aren't for some reason.

  • @JetsetRM Not sure what you mean by that.

  • Because the whole world has heard of "The Great Oak High School."
