Seriously, this guy is really smart. And not just that, but calm and collected as well. Not to hate on styles like Bill Maher (who I love), but this way seems more effective. If only there were more like him.

Freethinkers are brave enough to deal with reality. You on the other hand just hope and wish that your fairy tales are true.

@UnitedBohol Hi to be a Freethinker you need to put what is real at the highest level. Atheism is just the non belief in gods or God. You can be an Atheist and believe in a lifeforce.

Freethought means if this important to you should question your beliefs. Why do I believe this. Is these reason true or false.

This is one area where I disagree with Harris. As an atheist, all religions are untrue, and there are no Gods. Making common cause with the Christians to gang up on Muslims would fall right into the hands of the Christian extremists (and yes, they are out there too--just search for "Jesus Camp"). All it would take would for our country to truly become a "Christian Nation" just as Saudi Arabia is a "Muslim Nation". I guess we've forgotten about the Inquisition.
