Trying to teach deceleration by landing on one leg, then explosiveness off of the single leg. An athlete must be able to decelerate properly. Not being able to do so is one of the main causes of injury's especially in the knee(ACL injuries). Notice how some of the girls landed on 1 leg with their knees caving in. This shows lack of hamstring strength and also leads to knee injuries. Hamstring and posterior chain strength are one of the foundations that I'm trying to improve with them.
