  • My room is approx 21' deep by 14' wide and the Polks deliver plenty of power. In fact, I don't see the need to go with anything larger. The RTi A9's are big speakers capable of delivering amazing sound. I highly recommend.

  • did you build the pc or did you buy it and where did u get it if you bought it

  • @70short i really dont see the difference well i do but only a little bit i really dont care about blue ray

  • @shuffle953 you must be blind hahaah

  • That is a really nice setup. However I was curious, can the Polks distribute enough volume for such a big room? I do want to build a really nice theatre room with a perfect audio system, however I'm looking at a good punch from the speakers. I understand you did this on a budget, which I must say seems very neat! But do you have any suggestions on more powerful speakers that can provide a lout yet non distortionate output of volume? Or do Polks provide enough? ~Will

  • @lumbeeman01 you mean a DVD player that upconverts? I have both and display does make the difference. I had a Sony dvd plater that upconverted but when I got the Blu ray it was like night and day.

  • @lumbeeman01 im not talking about watching TV im talking about playing movies and it also depends on which display you buy cause that can make a real difference you pay like 450 dollars for a blu ray player when you can buy a HD player for like 250 waste of money in my eyes

  • @shuffle953 So you are saying that Blu ray discs are no better than 1080i or 720p? I could tell a huge difference when playing a movie in blu ray and watching the same movie at 1080i on tv.
