  • Hate to say it, but at 3:05 w. dumbells (50s?) way too much, your shoulders are all over the place. Use less weight and keep the shoulders 100% "silent". Otherwise, x-l-ent! Big guns dude, tremendous peak condition. Unreal! You bench really well...iz that 190 lbs? Or am I way off?

  • Its the same weight from the begiining and i level up all the way to 225
