Ron Wakita of Reliable Guide and Charters had an extra seat in his drift boat today and invited me to come along and fish for Chinook (King) Salmon on the Kitimat River. He was guiding Heinz. His daughter Julie also joined us. Heinz was extremely pleased to land this BIG Chinook today. I was happy to take the video and photos.

What would be cool would be to let the guy actually land the fish. That's the hard part, and where most guys lose them.
Guess that's why the guide wades out at nets it.....don't want unhappy clients. :)

Yeah that's what I'm talkn about right there good eats! Went camp'n in Mosquito Lagoon last weekend in Fl. off the cape of canaveral. talk about good eat'n! Them red fish are delicous, also scooped up about 50 or so fresh oysters along with clams and i found some conk as well! What are great place to camp and enjoy this beautiful Florida weather!
