Sorry for the cutoff, apparently not only does youtube limit you to 10 minutes but so does my video camera!
In the last minute I mention utensils like wooden spoons that can soak up foods and be a place for cross contamination. That's the only thing that got cut off. :)
Awesome tips. I'm always looking for extra help to keep gluten free.
