Ron Paul is one of the few people in politics that I look up too and respect. I'm British and I would love this guy to be our Prime Minister. LOL

@MrLittletomdj Thank you, I don't like a lot of her social stances either, btw, but she's not homophobic by any means and she didn't force the death penalty view onto her constituents. For human rights, she prevented radical leftists from destroying the Falklands. For the lack of safety net, I disagree. She advocated one of the best welfare programs in the history of the world and made sure it was alive and well. The program of getting a job.

@YoungIvyScholar You're pretty smart. The negative is that she privatised failing industries (rightly) but provided no safety net for the millions left out of work. Why I REALLY hate her is her position on human rights. Homophobic, supporter of the death panalty & her handling of the situation in Northern Ireland was often appalling. It's not all about economics. You've got be human. p.s. I made a major error in my last post (you probably noticed it already). Have you seen the film "Hunger"?

Economy-Unemployeent, inflation dramatically cut, caused economic boom. A+

Public Services- used privitisation to make them more efficient. A

International-Asserted rights of British citizens (Falklands), put pressure on USSR, best ever relationship with USA. A++

@MrLittletomdj There's actually a LOT in common between Paul and Thatcher, remember, Reagan (the American version of Thatcher) actually endorsed Paul, but that's a whole other story.

And, btw, going around using such vulgar language towards people with messages you don't like is not the way to spread your political message, not successfully anyway.

@YoungIvyScholar Margaret Thatcher was an absolute CUNT!! Everyone (I know) in this country hates her... too many reasons to list! Ron Paul on the other hand is a LEGEND.. I truly hope you vote for him.
