Why it is no longer okay to say 'fag' and 'that's so gay'. David Farber speaks to students and faculty at the Northfield Mount Hermon School in Massachusetts on October 10, 2011 about homophobia in sports. Farber is a former captain and leading scorer of the hockey team at the University of Pennsylvania who came out to his team in college. He has been working with the G Force sports organization towards the goals of ending the casual use of homophobic language in the world of sports and bringing awareness to the damage it can cause to closeted athletes.
