H.L.Gates represent a Class of Typical Afro-American who is completely out of touch with the plight of the Black-Male in America.H.L.G. obviously doesn't understand, there's safety in numbers. His numbers(black men) has been severely reduced, leaving him and many others like him venerable to Police harassment. The Escapism of the Black Bourgeois is now starting to haunt them.Perhaps this is a sign,of things to come?

shes a stupid bitch

She could have acquired further inquiry before calling the cops?
Don't you honestly believe that it would not have been a nice, commendable gesture if she would have contacted Gates herself after all that happened & express some concern?

The police "colored in" the b&w police report, which was considerably different than the caller's statement. The dispatcher was also guiding the caller toward identifying black perpetrators. Is that routine police work, to assume criminals are black?
The caller did nothing wrong. The police, however, is clearly biased. There IS a difference whether a suspected criminal is black or white.
For identical crimes, blacks do much more "time" than whites. How is that NOT biased?

But she did nothing wrong. why apologize?

But the actual case wasn"t in broad daylight. It was at night.. And yes, if she saw two HUMAN BEINGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR RACE breaking into a house, she would have called the police.
And no, its no "routine" for police to assume criminals are black.

this is how NIGGERS behave.

Hey cool now you can't call 911 on the blacks anymore.

the son of a bitch should of been tazered. Has nothing to do with race. You must obey orders. Maybe harvard does not require that. My white ass probably would of been pepper sprayed here

Leave it to Obama and his friends to bring race into this.
I listened to the 911 tape and found nothing wrong with the caller's reporting of what she saw. The only thing I found strange was that she couldn't recognize her own neighbor.

Lucia Whalen did her civic duty in calling 911. For what she believed was a crime in progress. Perhaps she didn't recognize her neighbour at the time. I believe Lucia Whalen made the appropriate decision. She is a brave person!
