  • She's a selfish opportunistic shark. She showed no compassion for her employee and could have taken a more objective approach. 1. Give her a day off to prioritize her life. 2. Review with her the essentials of the job 3. Point her to the proper employee resource for dealing with personal issues while attempting to maintain employment. Although, she is a new employee on probation, she still has rights. He boss is just an egotistic, micro-manager who lacks people skills.
