Excellent review. I think 'I Hate Crashing Hearses' would be a great name for a band.

Nice one Ralfy. I'm looking for some whiskies that contain a strong original flavour :)

@maxcohen13 Sweet & smokey? Try Laphroaig Quarter Cask or Ardmore :-)

Yes, the label is a like reading the promo for a hollywood movie. Put me off a few times with the BS but finally tried it and saw your review. Glad I did both. (Bought in Aus from Dan Murphies).

haha yer pretty quiet ! lol

Brilliant review, I saw this in DMurphys (aussie) the other day, read the label and didn't buy because of the 'over the top' language! (bought a Big Peat instead, at double cost mind you).
Glad I watched your review, will probably buy now as its only $34 Aus. Thanks again, keep up the great work.

Touch wood? We (Turks) knock on wooden material to get protected against evil eyes. Seems to be the same tradition which is probably coming from shaman ages... Interesting coincidence.

Ralfy
Lawrence gave me a bottle to try a dram and I was quite impressed. I have it right in front of me and I am enjoying it immensely. Always a pleasure watching your shows, take care and hope to see you again in Victoria
Hi Ralfy, I predict your reviews become legendary! Great stuff.
Quick question for you: I recently read a review of BNJ at another site and they spoke of it as a sweeter blend. However, seeing this review it doesn't seem so. Being Norwegian-blooded, I rather fancy anything sweet-tasting (a curse!). What would you recommend as some of the sweeter blended scotches? I'd love to taste a sweet, smokey finish (if I was aiming for perfection.)
