Okay this one is almost just like the Linda vista one. They leave the bones of the dead. You chain them to drown them. That is disrespect enough....BUT To leave the remains of the person is just plain wrong. You would understand and just feel how angry one of these spirits can be. And the worst thing is that it's subdued from land. SO the spirit had no way of leaving and or wandering. God if I was one of those spirits I sure AS HELL would be angry.
