  • Well he was right about kicking ur legs and arms but putting ur head back will cause u to get out of breath very fast

  • Tilting head back like this puts a lot of strain on the neck and back. You need to think about keeping your neck relaxed and not worry about your face going under the surface. I'm sure this kid would be very happy to let his face go under the surface as he looks happy in the water but the wrong thing is being emphasised: that it's about not letting the head go under. '
