@Mudux the thing is whenever i change clock settings from 1333 to 1600 mhz it says last overclock went fail and will work on fail safe settings
maybe i dnno what values i am support to put in the ram profile
:/
pls help if u know anything about it?

@Swapneeiil 1333Hz is the safe clock that the motherboard uses for all the rams, if you bought a 1600Hz ram, change the settings and use what you paid for.

@bneyens Well i've got a hyper x blu 1600 mhz ram but the speed it displays is 1333mhz and the utilized speed is 667mhz
so am i supposed to overclock it??
does it even matters if i turn it to 1600 mhz from 1333??
how much difference will be there in the performance??

lol looking at that rig now... lol

i got the hyperx genesis 8gb ddr3 1600mhz. when im boot it. its say my memory ddr3 1333mhz unganged. what is that by the way? help me pls
So the moral of the story is that over-clocking the RAM makes for a SLOWER Super Pie, OR reduction in latency makes absolutely no difference in even the most "minute" tests of RAM speed. You don't post the numbers, but here they are.
Baseline 14.305sec
25% FASTER Clock - 14.227sec
Faster Latency - 14.29sec
3D Mark - 18,534 to 18,692 to 18,654 (Standard Error)
Interesting video regardless, and I learned a few things, including not to waste my money on overlclocking ram. Thanks!
