I have just been to this site,and my opinion i would not definitely not buy anything from this site.

- Warning , don't remove the files *.BIN stored in the drive.

hi i have a problem with mine.. its the 4gb mp9 pen i RESETED it dozens of times and it still freezes in YELLOW light.. does anybody know how to fix this? i also discharged it completely still freezes on yellow light and cannot be seen as usb mass storage device any help please?

Mine works fine I wonder why yours doesn't but I have heard other complainants so I bought one to see if they were true but it was fine.

At least you were able to get the video off yours (which means you could prolly use it as a USB drive). So far all I can do is get blue and yellow lights.

That is Funky. You using the K-LITE codec?
Im not too pleased with the KLITE codec,
can't play Hulu videos after playing a pen video, have to restart the 'puter...
Hope you paid $25 like I did... Maybe you can resell it on ebay as a psychedelic pen camera.

- Try manually reset once, So, there is no light.
- Hold the button while plug in to USB on your PC.
- Wait until PC detect the driver, 3 Removable drives will come up, release the button
- Look for the drive that contain folder called "SYSTEM" and delete all the files inside.
- Close all drive windows and make "Safe to remove hardware" before unplug from USB
- Hold down button for 5 sec, the Pen should turn off
- Turn back on and the blue light should get back to work again
