The 7x is a great plane... but...

It is funny to me that for 20 years, Falcon always told customers that 'winglets were a product of poor aerodynamic design', and now ALL new falcons have winglets...

    ironic.

I own one of these planes, and I love it (well, I down loaded the file for Flight Simulator) lol Lot of fun to fly. Cheaper than the real one.

As for speed, that's debatable. According to the Dassault web site, the Falcon 7X MMO is Mach .90 and the range of this plane is unbelievable. As for comparing interior and cockpit designs, the Falcon 7X is much more pleasing to the eye with more cabin configuration options than a G-650. A G-650 runs $70 million, depending on configuration options. For roughly $20 million less, I'd go with the Falcon 7X. Easy choice.

The 7X is faster and more quiet.

Nice. But for my money (if I had $50,000,000) I would go with the G-650. I got to ride in a G-500 a few months ago. I accompanied my little niece on an Angel Of Mercy Flight (thank you Capt. Ross & 1st Officer Danforth for donating your time :) so she could get treatment for her condition. So fast, and we flew so high (.73 mach @ 48k ft.) the trip was over in a flash. The interior wasn't extremely posh, but very nice. Earth tones & leather, internet access, and very quiet.

private jets like the falcon are pretty cool, but it would be so better if they built a private "concorde",just for VIP!

I wish Gulfstream would show us how safe their aircraft are.

Great aircraft. But it looks like Airbus seems to be part of the Project...
