I have done this video for some people that have inspired me to do so especially one person that sticks in my mind you'll no it's for you hun i will always be here day or night for you stay strong. Basically through abuse, violence,self-harm,neglect i am saying please stay strong and that i am always here to help in anyone possible. "i have been through it all myself & i no how hard it is"

i put a razor on my face and broke teeth and damage my skin on my nose i regrett what i did but im still alive trough this and each problem got a solution so im in recovery each scars that make wound can make healing of themself dont give up and start healing

wow this made me feel better... no one knows this but ive been molested and physically absued by a teacher... i have nightmares about him and my dad was on drugs and would hurt my mother and it feels good to kno im not the only one
