3. i can assure you that alternate picking does not 'throw in a bit of individulaity'. I would not listen to this cover and know whose cover it was from the alternate picking, cuz a lot of ppl do this..

Yeah, if you watch the bucket live closely, he up strokes and mutes it immediately after. Weird, like most things he does.
