This translation actually works with the rhythm of the song, so you can sing along in English if you get the hang for it (and if you force some of the words into one beat).
I took a few minute liberties to make this a halfway coherent translation. Maybe you can spot them?
In addition, the phrase "roku-bun-no-ichi", or "one-sixth", was preserved in the original Japanese because any English equivalent sounded clumsy/awkward. The same applies for the recurring phrase "out of the gravity", which was preserved in Engrish form.
In case you didn't notice, the "satellite" refers to the Moon, the Earth's only natural satellite.
"The Scarlet La Tour Eiffel" refers to the Tokyo Tower located in Minato, Tokyo. This wording was chosen because the tower was built based on the Eiffel Tower in Paris, and because the tower itself is, prominently, red. The original wording was "the red tower in Minato," (minato no akai tou,) which was somewhat ambiguous. This peculiar wording was chosen so as to preserve that ambiguity. The two phrases even sound similar, too.
The line breaks in the lyrics allow it to synchronize with the portion of the song currently being sung.
