I loved that they mutilated the body. Teaches the kids not to be afraid. You should kill those who try to do harm to you. Tear their fucking hearts out. The teacher was annoying, despite being beautiful, throughout the movie but she did the right thing in the end.

@ Alecridge, I agree with TheMarquesa100, the zoom in on the jars show what looks very similar to a human heart, I assume it to be that of Father Christmas, who body was apparently quite mutilated.
