@Jakobdude93 Good becuase this stuff is great, make sure you tried blue rasberry because it is the best i think. Try some SizeOn for awsome results

thanks 4 the heads upp... yeah finished a tub of sizeon about 2 weeks ago.. stacked with n.o. shotgun.. made an awsome combo... worked out like a beast and the sizeon helpd a looooot with the recovery... also gained some muscle volume.. good shit..

but what pre-workout supplements do u recomend?? im curious about superpump aswell as jak3d and no explode

@Jakobdude93 Jack3d and SuperPump 250 are about the same, except jack3d is like 20 bucks. N.O.-Xplode is good but for me i got a tolerance to it really quick. I really want to try Muscle Pharm Assault becuase that is supose to be crazy ass shit,

1/3Bro I ordered me SuperPump250 4 d frst time from B.B.com, Tryd it the first day at the gym n got a masive pump, energy was thru the roof so you cud say I had a mean workout...Buuutttttt, as I was driving home from the gym I started gettin a real BAADD knocking headache..so fuken bad that I thought I was gona pass out..Now I've tryd a few pre-wrkout sups thats out on d market & none has ever fucked me up like this b4,the funny thing is b4 I even bought d damm SuperPump, this Pro-bodybuilder-

2/3- from my gym was tellin me bout these knocking headaches he was gettn from takin it. But I assumed tht his body was just reacting diffrently 2 it as in every1 body's not the same so I went ahead n orederd me sum..(luckly i gt the 10-serves bottle) just 2 test..(lesson 4 all u begginers out there,NEVA BUY THE BIG BOTTLES coz u mite end up wth a whle lot of garbage & hole in ya wallet) anyhow & long behold..da same shit happend 2 me,the thing is , it ddnt happen just that one time-

But one Sup I do like tho is Universals SToRm, Frm the begginin of startin on it, I always felt good clean energy,vains was popin frm the good pump I was gettin..ANNND best of allllll...Noooo afta crasshh or fucken headaches,but sadly I cnt bring this in2 my country.( FUK U Customs)so I've hd t resort 2 Inferior sht!
