@RSCII A grand jusy was needed cuz a child was killed. Regardless whether you feel it was justified or not that is an extremely touchy subject. It seems to me that this could have been handled in a less violent way.

The fact a FUCKING grand jury is needed to determine whether or not to charge the homeowner is FUCKING RIDICULOUS. All that is needed is a police report and for evidence of a break-in to be observed by law enforcement. The fact we even attempt to prosecute people PROTECTING THEIR OWN GODDAMN HOMES is disgraceful.

i met eros in early 2000 i knew him 8 years the kid never enterd the house rite isent that what he said he said he couldent identify what natioinality he was but goes i shot a kid whisperingly so he musta atleast went to jail for it he never entered right and i never herd
