Autistic civil rights, discrimination in court, ADA handicap issues.

Handicap discrimination for having symptoms of autism is a test if civil rights exist or not. Apparently discrimination is illegal under the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act. However the local Bowling Green, Ohio, police with the help of prosecutors and court are actively discriminating against my autistic symptoms and communications difficulties.

Currently this politically motivated case against me has resulted in what is likely an illegal agreement that (inducing panic) charges will be dismissed against me if I make no attempt to make criminal complaints to the local police about illegal conduct against me. That and I had to remove evidence of misconduct by certain SELECT individuals who want to protect their reputations as (goody two shoes).

The current agreement in the case itself has become evidence of handicap discrimination by the local police and prosecutors, but I have a more serious case pending against the local sheriff department for lying about the circumstances in the home security video I also have in my You Tube account.

Like mentioned in this recording, I guess that local officials want to test if they can overpower the principles of handicap law by returning to the dark ages of criminalizing anything which VIPs believe is annoying to them.

In my case all I did was complain about slander of my being labeled as a killer, etc. But against local VIPs I apparently am expected to give up, or worse they will spread more lies about me and convince everyone that I am a dangerous person anyway.

PS: Asperger Syndrome, or an odd combination of being an Autistic Savant like the character in the Rain Man movie best explains how I think and feel. I can act normal by play acting that I am normal, usually with practice ahead of time. However social situations which I have never practiced for tend to bring out my autistic traits.

Also- I videoed sealing the letters to help prove what was in the certified mail because lawyers are tricky at discounting everything but their own lies.

Got arrested cause cop mistook my autistic gestures for "aggressiveness & of course did not believe me against 4 neurotypicals, all lying to get me baker acted because they wanted me on AD's to keep me easier to get along with so my ex-caregiver could go back to neglecting me. Had started hollering at her to do her job! She didn't like that. So I fired her & she started all sorts of revenge calls until I spent 6 days locked up! Now she's working behind my back with DCF to get me a guardian!
