@borderraven I see that you have clung to this idea of an "invasion." This is not factual and thus impossible to respond to. The federal government is doing more, and spending more, to secure our borders than at any time in our history. Rhetoric that requires you to believe there is an "invasion" that requires you to "engage in War" simply does not belong in a serious conversation about the U.S. Constitution. We need to have more respect for our founding documents and for one another.

Article II, section 3, of the US Constitution, says "The President, shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed."
Article 4 Section 4 of the US Constitution says, "every state in the union, is responsible to every state in the union, for securing our union against invasion."

The Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution, Article VI, Clause 2:
"This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."

Privileges or Immunities Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution:
"No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States."
The Equal Protection Clause, part of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, provides that "no state shall ... deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws".
