A gun can do nothing on its own. For example (I'm not recommending that anyone does this AKA do not try this @ home kids) I could set a gun on my table in condition 0 (cocked, ready to fire & safety off) guess what? This gun will not go bang on it's own. The only way for it to go bang is if someone picks it up & squeezes that trigger. Guns ain't scary. Idiots with guns are scary.

If you have someone in prison who can't be trusted with weapons why are you letting them out?
If someone hasn't been convicted of anything in a court of law how are they 'violent?' Who defines that, the little whiny commies who name anyone who stands up against their evil an 'extremist,' 'nazi,' 'hater,' and on and on?
Better think about what you're asking for. They have no problem sending their black-suited Nazis to enforce their evil laws.
