mccain didnt call obama a terrorist, some of his loony supporters did. McCain believes (arguably rightfully so) that obama's policies lean towards socialism, and questioned his associations with crooks, racists, and terrorists. That's not mudslinging. Mudslinging is saying "OBAMA HAD SEX WITH ANOTHER WOMAN WITHIN MARRIAGE DONT VOTE FOR HIM"
