Laser machine cutting metal .wmv file HD

While converting the file from wmv to mpg it lost alot of the audio and some of the frames in the video. It was not a drastic change in the video but it made the audio useless.
If you use windows movie maker and want to speed up upload, then convert it to mpg but you will lose quality.
This video can be played using the HD button, I had to re-start the video twice to get it started right. The quality was better but I couldn't go full screen. While editing you cannot view the video in full screen, you need to view it out of the editing area.
