Wasn't this song written by Arina Tanemura? Because when I read the mange 3 years ago, in the last book, the lyrics to this song was in the manga as the lyrics Mitsuki sang. And there was also the lyrics "New Future."

You are partially right. Arina Tanemura only wrote a few lines that were incorporated in the song Smile. I got the fan sub scans of the manga in english and here are the lyrics (in separate post).
