@klined you have my interest, can you explain more? What does your statement mean? I am interested in transitioning from bodybuilding training to more functional athletic training.....can I train everyday using the same workout, is that what you are saying...

Before I do my heavy Olympic Weightlifting workouts, I make sure to ALWAYS do 75 scorpions per leg. It is amazing for warming up and preventing back injury. After a few weeks, I was able to touch both hands with my feet.

athletes can't wait 2 days to recover man.
dont confuse the destruction required for bodybuilding with athletic training. optimally, you should be ready to perform at your peak daily.
