I love seeing all these old artist before they shut down the air waves in America Especially NYC, they never change their style and they help alot of Hip Hop artist who took their persona, dress, and lyrically content... Easy Big up The Yard Dancehall man dem.

hey toasty3939 they not only helped hip hop--this whole stage show persona is the forbearer of hip hop & rap. Everything about what they are doing on stage: their talk--chatting to the people, their walk, their cadence, their dress, riding the beat, their flow--all these things were picked up by American youth in the late 70's & early 80's to form rap music's mc's & dj's. That's the truth. Watch an old vid of Krs-1's "the bridge is over" & you'll see similarities in the style of mc'ing
