New York Stories - Abridged version

This abridged version features video clips of US Education Secretary Arne Duncan responding to questions at the Children's Aid Practicum held in New York October 2009.

I was attending the event as part of the Quebec Community Learning Centres delegation (CLCs are an initiative specific to the Anglophone sector, though community schools and community schooling initiatives are present throughout the province to varying degrees, the CLCs are intended to serve the minority linguistic community and thus represent a strategy for community revitilisation/stability).
