What he is doing, is wrong. Its not different from a tramp begging for money. Its against the law and hes a visitor, therefore he should respect and abide by it. Oriental Cultures are going to be different to what you see in France. Just Accept It. Frankly I dom't know what hes doing in Mong Kok but if he wants to play music and earn money he should sell his music in a different way.
