@MrMarioPh Yeah. It's basically adding distance between the innofader and the DDM's crossfader plate. There are some small red "rubber-looking" washers that come with the innofader. Just add 3 to each side (over the screw holes) and place the DDM's crossfader plate on top then screw it on. I hope I made sense.... :)

Can you explain the point, why you need to solder in your mixer to achieve video mixing skills for the ddm? As far as i know, the video mixing is a midi-depending capability. So the crossfader only needs to mix midi data. Why are all the people discussing, it can't mix midi and audio at the same time, when the audio mix is controlled by the midi signals and every other shitty midi controller can do that. So what is the problem really alike?
WHICH INNOFADER ARE U USING FOR THE DDM4000 ? THE ORIGINAL OR PRO

Kerwin,
How you doing. Im considering buying this mixer and having a person do the mod for me. However. Im very concernd with Live Performance with that mixer. On a scale of 1 to 10 and ten being the best along with your new midi audio mod, How comfortable do you feel with your mixer

I must say It's a very nice mixer. I have used it for lots of gigs and have had it for a long time with no problems at all.
Now I have 57 but would still gig with it If I had to.
Cheers

@ggrischow
The innofader is one of the best fades for scratching... Very sharp curve and you can set it the way you like.
